Privacy Policy

Please read this privacy policy carefully as it sets out how Anima may use your personal information.

What information do we collect?
In general, you can visit without giving us information and we do not know who you are. However, as an anonymous visitor, please be aware that we may still be able to monitor the areas of our website that you visit, collect information about your computer type, browser, network location and network type. This is done by the use of cookies, but we would still not know who you are.

When you place an order with us, we will collect your personal data, such as name, address, email and telephone number. These data fields will be required for proper registration (marked with a *).

What do we do with the information we collect?
We use this information for several reasons:

– We use your home address to ensure fast and efficient product delivery, or to send out promotional material via post.

– We use your email address to send you confirmation of your online order, and to send you promotions via our newsletter (which you can also sign up for without ordering online).

– We use your telephone number to call you if there are any issues with your order. We also use your telephone number in conjunction with our instore caller recognition system so when you call, we already have your details onscreen without you having to repeat them to us. If you gave us a mobile phone number, we may use this for SMS promotional marketing.

– We use all of the above for our inhouse customer base analysis.

Who do we share this information with?
Nobody. Anima takes your personal data and privacy very seriously. We do not buy nor sell personal data.  All customer data is collected instore or online at the point of ordering, or if you have signed up to our newsletter.
